The explosive growth of wireless communications and especially the deployment of Wi-Fi equipment comes with a growing concern regarding health effects due to this prolonged EMF exposure. In order to obtain more accurate results, it is necessary to adjust the precision and accuracy of any measurement device though a process called calibration. The WiFi Exposure Meter implements the appropriate functionality to calibrate the smart phone or tablet device in such a way as to measure the EMF exposure levels reliably. In this way, the application can measure and display more reliable results compared to non-calibrated devices.
