How to install ひらカナ読み上げ apk for android

ひらカナ読み上げ Description
①Android端末にPSM→hiragana→CH1というフォルダーをつくり、CH1のフォルダーに taitoru.txt hiragana.txt作成する。
②taitoru.txtにはチャンネルのコメントを記入ください。
例：CH1は中学部1年生、生徒数6人のまなえ
③hiragana.txt には表示する 文字を ひらがなorカタカナ で入力し
て改行して、一つ一つ作成する。
④taitoru.txt hiragana.txt の文字コードはUTF-8で保存する。
hiragana.txtのデータを読み込み一文字ずつ表示します。
株式会社KDDI研究所が公開している「N2 TTS」を利用して文字を読み上げます。
特別支援学校で学んでいる障害のある人、発達障害の人たちの学習向けに作成したものです。理解力はあるが、発語が難しい児童生徒のみんなさん向けに作成しました。
