How to setup WindHome apk for android

WindHome Details
This is a home application. This application has hierarchical start menu like Windows. Menu icons and folders can be moved, added and deleted with drag and drop operation. This is designed for 2.3 or below. It works on Android 3.x or later, but the speed might be slow for tablet. A new version WindHome2 is available for Android 4.0.You can create a new folder by long pressing start button.
Recently launched applications are displayed in a task bar at the bottom of the screen. You can start application by touching an icon in the task bar. So frequently used applications can be used immediately. If you don't know an application from the icon, please longpress the icon. Displays the name of the app.
